A 12-Month Professional Development Program
Designed for schools seeking stronger global university readiness systems, this one-year training combines intensive onsite workshops, monthly mentoring, school visits, applied case work, and end-of-year certification. The program moves schools from reactive application help toward a strategic, sustainable counseling ecosystem.

Program Pathways
Foundation Level: Recognized Trainee
For schools or counselors with limited international college advising experience. The focus is operational knowledge, task execution, application timelines, and core admissions support.
Advanced Level: Professional Certification
For experienced counselors and school leaders. The focus is strategic case management, ethical leadership, institutional systems, and certification readiness through NACAC-aligned and eSTEP Global Pathway competencies.
Core Training Modules
The curriculum covers the full counselor role: admissions knowledge, student development, ethical advising, and systems building.
Delivery Structure
3-Day Intensive Onsite Workshop
Immersive training with admissions simulations, case studies, student profile analysis, essay and recommendation practice, country-specific systems, visa guidance, ethics, and school action planning.
Monthly Online Follow-Ups
Ten 90-minute mentoring sessions covering admissions updates, Common App and UCAS walkthroughs, essay strategy, recommendations, scholarships, early applications, country-specific timelines, and outcome analysis.
Onsite School Visits
Lead trainers visit schools to observe counseling implementation, review student cases, coach counselors, support leadership KPIs, and audit counseling systems.
End-of-Year Capstone Workshop
Participants present institutional action plans, share outcomes, complete advanced strategy sessions, finalize professional portfolios, and receive certification recognition.
Student Case Management System
The program includes a secure Student Case Management System to help counselors track each student’s international application journey with consistent, ethical, and auditable documentation.
Track Every Student
Manage student profiles, university lists, deadlines, essays, recommendation requests, scholarship documents, and decision outcomes.
Improve Counseling Quality
Document meetings, interventions, action items, and follow-up tasks so advising becomes more consistent and transparent.
